Not every aspect of the Zerg Builds has changed in Heart of The Swarm
Some early game build orders are still the best as you should be looking for the normal openers such as early pools and fast expansions with or without gas depending of the map and the race you are playing against. Adaptations should be made against new cheesy strategies, but the fundamental zerg early game processes are still the same. As always, scouting and map control are kings and should be refined by any smart zerg player.
The mid game and late game zerg builds will be the most impacted by the new units, knowing that the overseer is now gone will change many things and the opponents will try to explore it thinking of this as an weakness but bold zerg players will be ready for that with their well timed spore crawlers and scouting overlords.
New timing attacks will be at the zergs disposable with the swarm host opening some interesting window for potential powerful attacks. I wonder what will happen when the zergs start combining the aggressiveness of the swarm host and the game controlling capabilities of the Viper, my guess is .. terrans will be there for a rude awakening!
